Stretching & Cool-Down exercises

The cool-down brings the heart rate down and gives the coach a calm moment to review the session. Gentle stretching and breathing help players leave training relaxed.

Hold static stretches for 20–30 seconds without bouncing. With young children, turn the routine into a story or a game so they actually do it.
