Fun Games exercises

Adapted games take a playground game — tag, treasure hunt, knock-down targets — and add a ball and a football rule. Young players get hundreds of touches without noticing they are practising.

They are the backbone of U6 to U10 sessions, and older players enjoy them as a warm-up or a light end to the week.
