Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use RondoMap (the website), in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD). In short: the website does not use cookies or advertising, counts visits with a cookieless statistics tool, and only receives personal data if you send a message through the suggestion box.

Who is responsible

Data controller: Marco Baleato. Tax ID (NIF): 45870880W. Contact email: marcobaleato@gmail.com.

Suggestion box

What data: the type of suggestion, your message and, only if you choose to give them, your name and email address.

Why: to read your suggestion and, if you left an email, to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by sending the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time.

How long: until the suggestion has been dealt with and, at most, 12 months. Then the message is deleted.

Who receives it: the message is sent by email through Resend (email delivery service) to the controller's inbox. These providers act as data processors and may store data in the United States, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses). Your data is not sold or given to anyone else.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, it records technical data of each request (such as IP address, date and browser) to deliver the pages and protect the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure (art. 6.1.f GDPR). These logs are kept for a short period by the provider and are not used to identify visitors.

Visit statistics

To know how many people visit the website and which pages are most useful, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, does not identify or follow individual visitors and does not build profiles. It records aggregate data for each page view: the page, the referring website, the country, the type of device and browser, and loading-speed measurements.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it (art. 6.1.f GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a data processor and may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you block scripts from static.cloudflareinsights.com, your visit is simply not counted.

Session planner

The squad and team names you enter in the session planner are stored only in your own browser (local storage). They are never sent to this website. You can delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser.

The rest of the session (tasks, date, time, place and goals) is saved in the page address so you can share it. Do not write personal data in those fields if you are going to share the link.

What we do not do

Apart from the visit statistics described above, there are no tracking or advertising tools, no user profiles and no automated decisions. If this changes, this policy will be updated before it happens and, where required, your consent will be requested first.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent, by writing to marcobaleato@gmail.com. If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website is aimed at coaches. Children under 14 should not send personal data through the suggestion box.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the website changes. The date of the last update is shown on this page.
