Mobility & Core exercises

Mobility routines prepare hips, ankles and spine for sprinting, turning and kicking. Core work helps players stay stable in duels and protects the lower back and groin.

Keep them short and regular: 8–15 minutes, two or three times a week, is enough for grassroots and amateur teams.
